You Want Game

Text messages

You Want Game (operated by Soho Technology LLC) can text you about games you are invited to. Texts are optional.

How you opt in

When you join with an invite, the registration form has an unticked box. Ticking it means you agree to:

Text me about games I am invited to: invites with In/Out links, Game On, a weather heads-up and a reminder. Message frequency varies (a few per game). Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not required to use You Want Game.

We keep the time, IP address and exact wording of every opt-in. Without it, you get email only.

What we send

• An invite to a game, with one-tap In / Out links
• "Game on" when the game fills, with the time, place and who's playing
• A weather heads-up, only when it matters
• One reminder about two hours before
• Sign-in and verification codes you ask for
