You Want Game (youwantgame.com) is operated by Soho Technology LLC, Charleston, South Carolina. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Invite-only

Membership is by invitation. Each invite works once and is tied to the member who sent it. Please invite only people you know. We may suspend accounts that misuse invites or the service.

Games and courts

You Want Game helps people organize games. It is not a reservation system: organizers book courts and facilities themselves and follow each venue's rules. Play at your own risk.

Your account

Keep your email and phone up to date; they are how you sign in. You can delete your account at any time from the Account page.

SMS Terms

• Program: You Want Game game texts, sent by Soho Technology LLC. Recurring automated texts about games you are invited to: invites with In/Out links, Game On, a weather heads-up and a reminder, plus sign-in codes you request.
• How to join: tick the unticked text-message box when you register (or on your Account page). Consent is not a condition of using You Want Game or of any purchase.
• Frequency: varies; usually a few messages per game.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You'll get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply START to rejoin.
• Help: reply HELP, or email help@youwantgame.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• See our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Limits

The service is provided as is. Soho Technology LLC is not liable for missed games, court availability, weather, or decisions made from information in the app.
